The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Attachments: - Appendix No. 5 - Price Form. The Office Materials Offered By The Seller: - Must Be Brand New And Free From Defects And Must Have The Manufacturers Original Packaging, Cannot Bear Signs Of Use And Must Be Of Full Value In The First Quality, I.E. Without Deformation, Not Mechanically Damaged, Complete, - Must Be Provided With Labels Identifying Each Product, - Office Supplies With A Limited Shelf Life Must Have A Shelf Life Of At Least 6 Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery. The Ordering Party Allows For Independent Packaging By The Contractor If Quantities Other Than The Manufacturers Bulk Packaging Are Ordered During The Execution Of The Contract. The Articles Offered By The Contractor Must Be Admitted To Trading In The European Union And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulations And Standards In Force During The Implementation Of The Contract. Warranty Conditions: Materials Listed In Items No. 28, 29, 46, 47, 235, 236, 237 Of The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 5, Must Have A Manufacturers Warranty For The Period Indicated In The Price Form Counted From The First Day Deliveries. Attention!!! The Proper Names Indicated In The Price Form Should Be Treated As Examples And In Relation To The Parameters And Properties Expected By The Ordering Party, Due To The Principles Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Price Form Constituting Annex 5 To The Swz. This Means That Contractors May Propose Products Other Than Those Specified In The Price Form, While Maintaining Appropriate Equivalent Parameters And Properties To Maintain The Highest Quality Of The Delivered Goods. The Equivalence Criteria Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz In The Goods Column For Item 17, 23, 25, 106, 107, 113, 137. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods Successively Based On Partial Orders Placed By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Goods Actually Delivered.
