The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of 5 Trips To Theater Performances Or To The Philharmonic Hall For 60 People (59 People Over 60 Years Of Age + 1 Guardian Under 60 Years Of Age) To The Theater. S. Żeromski In Kielce, The Świętokrzyska Philharmonic In Kielce Or The Powszechny Theater In Kielce. Jan Kochanowski In Radom.2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Repertoire Must Include Non-Violent Content, The Preferred Topics Are Comedy And Classical Music.3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Type Of Cultural Event During The Execution Of The Contract To A Cabaret Performance Or A Concert, Provided That Prior Consent Is Given.4. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Place Of The Cultural Event During The Implementation Of The Contract To Skarżysko-Kamienna Or Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Located Not Far From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Dictated By The Different Level Of Physical Fitness Of The Participants, After Agreeing On The Change Of Place By The Contractor With The Ordering Party.5. The Service Is Addressed To Residents Of The City Of Starachowice, Elderly People Aged 60+ And Actual Caregivers As Part Of The Project No. Fesw.09.04-Iz.00-0005/23 Entitled Social Starachowice - Development Of Services Provided By Cus Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie For 2021-2027.6. Order Completion Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To October 31, 20267. The Implementation Of Trips Should Be Planned As Follows: In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2025 - 1 Trip, In The Period From January 2, 2026 To October 31, 2026 - 4 Trips.8. Detailed Dates Of The Trips Will Be Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Departures Should Take Place On Working Days Between 7:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M..9. The Contractor Should Purchase Admission Tickets Before The Participants Arrival, So That The Participants Do Not Have To Wait In Line On Site.10. The Contractor Must Provide An Air-Conditioned Coach To Transport At Least 60 People, And The 60 Seats Do Not Include The Seat For The Tour Leader.11. The Contractor Declares That He Has All The Necessary Rights Resulting From Generally Applicable Legal Provisions To Organize Trips.12. The Service Includes Transport, Insurance And Entry Tickets For All Participants.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Technically Efficient Means Of Transport, With Air Conditioning And Heating And A Valid Technical Inspection, Current Liability Insurance, With A Capacity Of At Least 60 Seats, Which Will Transport Participants On The Starachowice - Kielce -Starachowice Or Starachowice - Radom - Starachowice Route Or In The Event Of A Change Of The Event Venue On The Starachowice - Skarżysko-Kamienna - Starachowice, Starachowice - Ostrowiec - Starachowice.14. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport On The Route Or The Police Or Other Authoriz
