1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence Of The Charges Of The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Pińczów, In Accordance With Art. 17 Section 1 Point 11 And Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1283, Consolidated Text). Amount Of Benefits Expected During The Contract Implementation Period:• Care Services In The Amount Of Approximately 15,000 Hours/Year• Expected Number Of People Covered By The Services: Approximately 45 People/Month. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom The Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Provision Of Services Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance. Care Services Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment - Art. 50 Section 3 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance
