The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Performing The Function Of Contract Engineer As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Creation Of A Stopping Point For Cycling, Hiking And Water Tourism With The Additional Function Of An Integration And Festival Square - Stage Ii In Ognica - Land Part.2. The Primary Purpose Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Agreement) Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contract Engineer (Hereinafter: Contract Engineer) Will Be The Effective, Professional And Reliable Provision Of Services In The Field Of Investment Process Management, Acting As A Supervisory Inspector And Consulting In The Implementation Of Tasks Covered By The Subject Of The Contract - Described In The Task Description - Appendix No. 6.1.1 To The Swz. The Combination Of Competences Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Project Management Is Aimed At Ensuring Comprehensive Project Management And Establishing Clear Rules Of Responsibility For Its Correct Implementation, As Well As Ensuring Efficient Flow Of Information.3.
