Tenders Are Invited For Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads And Greenery, Order And Care Of Trees In The Roadside Area Of Suburban District Roads In The Głogów District
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads And Greenery, Order And Care Of Trees In The Roadside Area Of Suburban District Roads In The Głogów District.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Trimming Of Hedges And Shrubs, 2) Removal Of Shrubs And Grubbing Up, 3) Chemical Weed Removal With Removal Of Plant Remains, 4) Mechanical Weed Removal, 5) Sweeping Of Roads And Sidewalks, 6) Manual Weeding, 7) Pruning Of Tree Crowns (Correction Of Shape, Removal Of Deadwood) - With A Lift/Climbing Method, 8) Removal Of Trees, 9) Removal Of Broken Trees Branches And Branches (Remains Of Trees After Storms), 10) Removal Of Self-Seeding Trees. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, I.E. The Price Form. 2) All Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On Suburban District Roads Included In The List Of District Roads (Annex To The Swz). 3) Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Contract Implementation Period. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Determine The Scope Of Works/Works In The Form Of A Separate Order Successively Based On The Prices Accepted In The Contractors Offer Cost Estimate, Providing The Approximate Amount Of Work To Be Performed. The Actual Amount Of Work To Be Performed Will Depend On The Actual Needs During The Term Of The Contract. In The Orders Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Place, Scope Of Work, Completion Date And Expected Cost Of Performing The Works Or Services. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete Each Order Of The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Will Complete The Ordered Work Within The Agreed Deadline And Report It To The Ordering Party For Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Only Pay For Work That Was Performed On The Basis Of A Written Order And Accepted Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template. The Number Of Orders Depends On The Financial Resources Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Task Using Materials Owned By The Contractor Or Materials Entrusted To Him.
