The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Organization Of Events Aimed At Improving Ecological Awareness, Including: - Educational Picnics, Educational Activities, Events, - Activities Activating Residents.2. Taking Into Account Social And Environmental Aspects: - Providing Educational And Promotional Materials Made Of Ecological, Biodegradable Or Recycled Materials After Consultation With The Ordering Party, - Using Solutions Conducive To Environmental Protection.3. Adapting Activities To The Target Group: - Providing Appropriate Educational Content Adapted To The Age Of Participants (Children, Teenagers, Adults, Seniors), - Preparing Materials In A Visually Attractive, Legible And Understandable Form Approved By The Ordering Party.4. Ensuring Comprehensive Organization Of Events: - Ensuring Event Logistics, - Conducting Workshops, Animations Or Educational Games By People With Experience In Ecological Education Or Social Animation, - Developing A Scenario Of Events, Agreeing And Submitting It For Approval To The Ordering Party, - Preparing A Multimedia Presentation For Appropriate Age Groups.5. Ensuring Project Marking: - Making And Placing Logos And Information On The Materials Based On The Existing Graphic Identification Required As Part Of The Project Implementation After Acceptance With The Ordering Party, - Using Graphic Patterns In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines Or Design According To Arrangements With The Ordering Party.6. Scope Of Information And Promotional Duties: - Informing About Planned Events And Posting Them On The Website In Social Media In Accordance With The Order Implementation Schedule, - Preparing Photographic Documentation Of The Events And Posting It On The Website In Social Media And Presenting The Ordering Party With A Summary Of Completed Activities, In Accordance With The Arrangements Included In The Contract.7. Taking Care Of The Safety Of Participants: - Ensuring Safe Conditions For The Implementation Of Events (In Accordance With Health And Safety Regulations And Applicable Sanitary Regulations).8.
