Tenders Are Invited For Removing Vehicles And Maintaining A Guarded Parking Lot For Vehicles Removed From The Roads Of The Pruszków District (...) And Dismantling Vehicles For Which The Court Has Ordered Forfeiture To The District
The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal (Towing) Of Vehicles From The Roads Of The Pruszków District Pursuant To Art. 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 22, 2011 On The Removal Of Vehicles The Use Of Which May Threaten The Safety Or Order Of Road Traffic Or Hinder Rescue Operations Or The Operation Of A Guarded Parking Lot For The Above-Mentioned. Vehicles And Transferring Vehicles For Disassembly Or Dismantling Vehicles For Which The Court Has Ordered Forfeiture To The District. The Removal Service Is Provided Continuously, I.E. 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. Removing Vehicles From The Road In The Cases Specified In Art. 130A Section 1 And 2 Of The Road Traffic Law And Their Admission To The Parking Lot Is Based On An Order To Remove The Vehicle, Which Is Issued By A Policeman, A Municipal (City) Guard Or A Person Conducting A Rescue Operation. The Scope Of Basic Activities Of The Vehicle Removal, Storage And Disposal Service Includes: 1) Receiving A Notification From An Authorized Entity To Issue An Order To Remove The Vehicle; 2) Access To The Place Of The Incident; 3) Securing The Vehicle From The Moment The Order To Remove It Is Issued By Authorized Entities; 4) Removing The Vehicle From The Road; 5) Loading And Unloading Vehicle; 6) Cleaning Up The Scene Of The Incident (If Necessary); 7) Placing The Vehicle In The Parking Lot; 8) Preparing And Storing In Electronic Form Photographic Documentation Of The Vehicle Accepted At The Parking Lot; 9) Allowing Authorized Persons To Enter The Parking Area In Order To Inspect The Vehicle Or Carry Out Inspection Activities; 10) Storing The Vehicle In The Parking Lot; 11) Handing Over The Vehicle To An Authorized Person; 12) Collecting And Dismantling The Vehicle Or Transferring For Dismantling A Vehicle For Which The Court Has Ordered Forfeiture To The Poviat. Specialized Equipment Should Be Used To Remove Vehicles In A Number That Ensures The Efficient Performance Of The Service In The Shortest Possible Time. The Guarded Parking Lot Should Be Located In The Pruszków District, Fenced, Lit And Supervised. It Should Also Have An Appropriate Number Of Places That Will Allow For Free Storage Of All Previously Removed Vehicles. Currently, There Are Approximately 150 Vehicles In The Parking Lot In Jawczyce That Have Not Been Collected By Their Owners. The Cost Of Transporting The Vehicles Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party. Vehicles Removed From The Road Should Be Stored Only In The Parking Lot Indicated In The Offer, In Such A Way That Their Condition Does Not Deteriorate. Damaged Vehicles Should Be Secured In Such A Way That They Do Not Pose A Threat To The Environment. The Contractor Should Run A Dismantling Station For End-Of-Life Vehicles Or A Vehicle Collection Point Or Have A Contract Concluded With An Entity Providing This Type Of Services.
