The Service In Question Is Intended To Secure The Training And Administrative Activities Of Units And Institutions Supplied By The 25Th Wog And Their Own Needs In This Regard, In Particular The Transport Of Soldiers For: Training Ground, Training In Military Training Centers, Military Ceremonies And Check-In. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 441 Pzp Will Exercise The Option Right. The Provisions Relating To The Basic Order Apply To Orders Covered By Option Rights. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right, And The Contractor Declares That It Will Not Make Any Claims For This Reason.
