Tenders Are Invited For Repair And Maintenance Services For Road Lighting Devices And Public Places Owned By The City Of Inowrocław

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Road Lighting Devices And Public Places Owned By The City Of Inowrocław. The List Of Street Lighting Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Lighting Points Covered By The Subject Of The Order - Settlement Of Additional Services Included In The Order Will Be Based On Unit Rates Specified In The Contractors Offer. 2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Inspecting Street And Park Lighting, I.E. Light Points, Fixtures, Lamp Recesses, Cable Connectors, Cable Routes And Related Devices, I.E. Lighting Cabinets, Poles, In Order To Detect Mechanical Damage And Failures, As Well As Preparing An Inspection And Technical Condition Assessment Report, Based On Which Maintenance Of The Devices Will Be Carried Out, Submitted To The Ordering Party - Once A Month; And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Provided To The Contractor Electronically: 2) Protection Of Lighting Devices Against Degradation, I.E. Anti-Corrosion And Renovation Painting, Checking And Tightening Mechanical And Electrotechnical Screw Connections, Lubricating Screws And Hinges Of Lantern Doors, Repairing Or Replacing Locks, Maintaining Poles, Booms, Overhangs, Supporting Structures; 3) Maintenance Of Lighting (Control) Cabinets, Completing Descriptions And Contactors; 4) Replacement Of Light Sources And Lighting Fixtures As Well As Worn-Out Cable Connectors; 5) Installation Of Joints On Damaged Cables; 6) Location Of Cable Damage, Replacement Of Worn-Out Cable Connectors; 7) Emergency Replacement Of Cable Line Sections; 8) Replacement Of Damaged Lighting Or Power Supply Cabinets; 9) Removing Threats Related To Lighting Resulting From Disasters, Road Accidents, Acts Of Vandalism And Others; 10) Control, Protection And Operation Of Measuring Devices; 11)Repair Of Damaged Grounding; 12) Straightening Leaning Poles And Rotated Booms; 13) Replacement Or Installation Of Lighting Poles; 14) Measurements Of The Effectiveness Of Zeroing And Anti-Shock Protection; 15) Operational Measurements (Resistance Of Protective Earthing, Cable Insulation); 16) Replacement Of Damaged Astronomical Control Clocks; 17)Measurements Of Voltages And Loads In The Lighting Network; 18) Replacement Or Repair Of Lighting Fixtures; 19) Installation Or Replacement Of Booms; 20) Hanging Luminaires And Halogen Lamps; 21) Periodic Setting Of Clocks That Control The Lighting On And Off Depending On The Length Of The Day And Night Hours And The Ordering Partys Instructions; 22) External Cleaning Of Fixtures, Washing Lampshades And Reflectors; 23) Replacing Faulty Fuses; 24) Adjustment Of The Position Of Light Sources In Relation To Lampshades And Reflectors; 25) Obtaining Permits Related To Authorization To Perform Work And Inspections On Electrical And Lighting Devices; 26) Trimming Trees Covering Light Fixtures;
