The Work Is Done On A Contract Basis And By The Hour; Construction Contract Procurements Are Mainly Done As A Small Part Of The Earthworks Work. Additional And Modification Work During The Work/Contract Must Be Documented And Agreed Separately With The Customer. The Competition Includes The Following - Street Construction Work With The Associated Water And Sewerage And Greenery, Also Individual Trench Excavation Sites And Other Similar Earthworks, E.G. For Landfills, Parks And Harbors - Water Management Works - Work Related To The Maintenance Of Streets And Other Public Areas - Cleaning Wells, Networks, Etc. And Maintenance Work Related To Emptying, E.G. Property Drains, Wells, Stormwater Wells, Wastewater Network. The Machinery Contractors Equipment Can Also Be Used For Transport On A Site-By-Site Basis, If The Transport Cannot Or Is Not Appropriate To Be Separated From The Contract And If It Is Agreed In Each Case As Part Of The Contract. The Customer And The Occupational Health And Safety Organization Have The Right To Inspect The Machine With Its Equipment And Devices Before Moving It To The Construction Site And At Any Time On The Construction Site In Order To Verify Its Working Condition And Occupational Safety Regulations. The Municipality Does Not Guarantee The Annual Purchase Amount, But Purchases Are Made As Needed. The Procurement Follows The Request For Tender Documents, The Act On Public Procurement (1397/2016) In The Parts Concerning National Procurement, The Procurement Instructions Of The Municipality Of Iiti, The Attached General Terms And Conditions For The Procurement Of Machinery And Transport Services 2008 (Ke 08) With The Municipalitys Own Additions And Exceptions To Them As Mentioned In The Tender Documents And In The Case Of Contracts It Is The Attached General Conditions For Earthworks (Rt 80277).
