Based On § 13 Of The Act On Victim Assistance And The Regulation On Professional Training Requirements And Training For Persons Providing Victim Assistance, The Social Insurance Board Is Obliged To Train Employees Of Sexual Violence Crisis Assistance Centers. The Person Directly Providing Sexual Violence Crisis Assistance Must Have Completed The Basic Training For Victim Support And Additional Training On Sexual Violence Within One Year Of Starting Work In Order To Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation.
