Purchase Of The Liability Insurance Service For As Lõuna-Eesti Haigla As A Healthcare Service Provider Arising From The Health Care Service Providers Mandatory Liability Insurance Act. The Volume And Scope Of The Service Must Comply With The Conditions And Minimum Rates Arising From The Aforementioned Law. The Scope Of Service Includes Mandatory Civil Liability Insurance Of The Health Care Provider In The Republic Of Estonia In The Course Of Providing Health Care To A Patient Or Other Entitled Person In The Course Of Providing Health Care, Including The Provision Of Remote Medical Consultation, For Compensation Of Damage Caused By The Insurer, If The Patient Has Suffered Bodily Injury Or Health Damage As A Result Of The Provision Of Health Care Or The Patient Dies.
