Comprehensive Management Of Potable And Non-Potable Water Supply In The Municipality Of Mollet Del Vallès.Integral Management Of Water Supply In The Municipality, Including Duna Banda, The Potable Water Distribution Network To Supply The Population, And Other, The Non-Potable Water Network For Irrigation And Other Municipal Uses. Integral Management Shall Mean The Entire Set Of Services, Supplies And Works That Comprise The Tender And In The Rest Of The Tender Documents, Aimed At Offering A Comprehensive Service Regarding The Potable And Non-Potable Water Networks Of The Municipality. Included In The Scope Of The Contract Are Works, Investments And Renovation And Improvement Actions, Both Initial And Periodic, As Well As The Drinking Water Supply Service To The Public. On A Functional Scale, The General Scope Of The Contract Begins At The Point Of Reception Or Collection Of Water From Own Or External Sources, And Ends At The Point Of Delivery Of Water To The End User (User Meter, Drinking Water Fountain, Ornamental Fountain, Hydrant, Irrigation Fountain, Non-Drinking Water Fountain, Hazard, Or Similar Element). Regarding External Sources, The Scope Of The Contract Begins At The Upstream Water Reception Points Of The Ter-Llobregat Watershed. Regarding The Own Sources (Underground Wells), The Scope Of The Contract Begins At The Catchment Point Itself, And Includes In This Case The Maintenance, Control And Exploitation Of The Catchment Point. The Functional Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Other Elements, Such As The Maintenance Of Ornamental Fountains, Drinking Water Sources, Irrigation Facilities And Hydrants On The Public Road. Also Included Within The Scope Of The Contract Are All The Administrative And Auxiliary Management Services Prior To, Concurrent With, And Subsequent To The Water Supply Service, Such As Comprehensive Customer Service For The End Users, And The Settlement, Collection And Payment To The City Council Of The Non-Tax Patrimonial Benefits That Are Established, Among Others.
