Software Package And Information Systems – Development Of Digital Services, Improvement Of Data Security And Integration Of Hospital Systems At Szpital Powiatu Bytów Sp. Z O. O. Zp35/2025. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5.1. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Together With The Offer: 5.1.1. Application Server:  Iso 14001 Certificate For The Server Manufacturer  Ce Declaration Of Conformity For The Server  Servers Offered Must Include Information On Reuse And Recycling, And Must Not Contain Paints And Coatings On Large Plastic Parts That Cannot Be Recycled Or Reused. All Products Containing Electronic Components And Hazardous Components Should Be Safely, Easily Identified And Removable. Disposal Of Materials And Components Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Weee Directive 2002/96/Ec. Products Must Contain At Least 65% Reusable/Recyclable Ingredients. In All Products, Plastic Parts Larger Than 25 Grams Should Contain No More Than Trace Amounts Of Flame Retardants Classified In The Re 67/548/Eec Directive - To Confirm Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements, The Contractor Submits A Manufacturers Declaration In This Regard, 5.1.2.
