No Division Of Lots Is Planned. It Is Not Technically Possible To Divide The Software To Be Created Into Different Software Components Or To Create A Second Lot For Operating The Software. The Interests Of Medium-Sized Companies Are Nevertheless Protected Because The Tendered Service Can Be Provided By Medium-Sized Companies. The Most Economical Offer Is Formed According To The So-Called Extended Benchmark Method In Accordance With The Document For The Tendering And Evaluation Of It Services (Ufab 2018) From The Federal Ministry Of The Interior. Only Those Offers That Meet All The Requirements Of The Tender Documents Will Be Examined And Evaluated. The Offers Are Checked And Evaluated In Accordance With §§ 56 Ff.
