The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties, As Well As The Collection And Management Of Waste Delivered By Commune Residents To The Pszok Point From The Ochotnica Dolna Commune. 2. It Is Estimated That During The Period Covered By The Order In 2026, Approximately 1,955.64 Mg (Tons) Of Municipal Waste Will Be Generated In The Commune, Which Should Be Collected And Managed. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Live And From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Do Not Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, B) Transport Of Collected Waste To Places Of Segregation, Recovery Or Disposal, C) Transfer Of Collected Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Directly To The Municipal Installation, D) Transfer Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste To The Installation Recovery Or Disposal Of Waste, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) 4. The Types Of Municipal Waste Collected And The Frequency Of Municipal Waste Collection Will Be In Accordance With Resolution No. Xvi/135/19 Of The Ochotnica Dolna Commune Council Of December 9, 2019 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Area Of The Ochotnica Dolna Commune (Official Journal Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Of 2019, Item 9567), And In The Event Of A Change - The Currently Applicable Regulations And Resolution No. (Official Journal Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Of 2021, Item 100), And In The Event Of A Change - The Current Resolution. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Municipal Waste: A) Continuously, Without Disturbing The Nights Rest, Between 7 A.M. And 6 P.M., B) Within The Dates Resulting From The Adopted Collection Schedule, C) Regardless Of Weather Conditions, D) With Vehicles Adapted To Collect Individual Waste Fractions, In A Way That Excludes Mixing Of Waste, E) With Dust-Free Vehicles With A Comb And Fork Loading Mechanism. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annexes To The Swz.
