When Executing The Order, The Following Activities Are Foreseen: - Carrying Out The Full Procedure For Registering The Contracting Partys Sites On The Free Market Of Electricity As A Customer - User Of The Free Market And Registering Its Sites As An End Customer - User Of The Market. - Complete Administration Of The Information Flow With The Licensed Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network (Orm) In The Territory Where The Measurement Points Are Located, And With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Bearing The Costs Of Unbalances, Subject To The Special Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification And As Proposed By The Participant Selected As The Contractor In The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order. - Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractor Coordinator, According To Ptee, Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Fee For Registration And Participation. - Registration Of The Contracting Entitys Sites Before The Eso As An Active Member Of The Electricity Market. - Carrying Out Energy Monitoring And Forecasting, Administration Of The Estimated Daily Net Quantities Of Active Electricity Of Low And Medium Voltage, Which Are Notified (Registered) In The Eso In The Form Of Schedules, Which Reflect The Hourly Quantities That The Contractor Plans To Deliver And Sell To The Contracting Authority And The Exchange Of Information With The Licensed Orm In The Territory Where The Relevant Measuring Points Are Located, As Well As Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Contracting Authoritys Participation In The Free Market Of Electrical Energy, According To Ze, Ptee And Pikee. - Delivery Of The Necessary Estimated Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night) At Low And Medium Voltage Levels. The Estimated Amount For The Term Of The Contract Is About 2,500 Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy Of Low And Medium Voltage. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption For The Term Of The Contract Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Party To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Contracting Partys Consumption Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object), Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need. - Preparation Of A Detailed Individual Analysis Of The Customers Characteristic Goods Profile In Order To Assess Its Energy Efficiency. - Registration, If Necessary, Of New Objects Of The Contracting Authority On The Free Electricity Market, According To The Ptee In Force At The Relevant Time, So As To Ensure The Execution Of The Order.
