A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3.2 The Ordering Party, Due To The Nature Of The Services Provided Under The Contract, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Services Under The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 277, 807, As Amended), I.E. Including The Services Of Specialists For Technical Support Under The Order. 3.3 Method Of Documentation: In Accordance With § 3 Section 24 Of The Contract Template For The Order (Appendix 4 To The Swz), The Contractor Is Obliged, Before Signing The Contract, To Submit A List Of These Persons Along With A Statement Confirming Their Employment Under An Employment Contract, And Then, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, To Submit The Documents Specified In The Contract Template In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Described By The Ordering Party In The Contract Template.
