The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Department In Wejherowo. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Its Implementation And Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Order Will Be Co-Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Procurement Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It. If The Ordering Party Obtains Co-Financing, The Contractor Will Be Liable, Including Financial, For The Loss Of Co-Financing Or Its Reduction By The Co-Financing Institution, If This Is The Result Of Incorrect Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Contractors Delay In Its Implementation.
