Installation / Maintenance / Operation / Rental - Light / Image / Sound Equipment Event Lighting Service Consisting Of A Lighting Table; Five Lighting Poles 5.5M High With Reinforced Base; Twenty Hqi Led Luminaires With A Minimum Power Of 400W Or Metallic Vapor; An Entrance Tower For The Event (Graduation), Composed Of Ten Rgwba Outdoor Led Pairs; A Generator Of At Least 100Kva (Standby); Munck Service Or Other Means That Enables The Installation Of The Posts; A Technician To Monitor The Event; The Service Includes Installation Of All Necessary Network Cabling. The Contractor Must Provide All Necessary Labor And Logistics (Transportation, Food, Daily Allowances, Equipment, Taxes, Security, Etc.) For The Assembly/Installation, Operation And Disassembly Of The Equipment Necessary To Provide The Service; The Assembly Must Be In Condition Up To 24 Hours Before The Event To Allow Night Testing The Day Before, In Coordination With The College Organizing Team; Disassembly Must Take Place On The Following Day; Extra Assembly And Disassembly Days, If Necessary, Will Not Be Added To The Contracted Values; The Contractor Must Be In A Position To Offer All Emergency Support During The Event, Should Any Problem Occur That Prevents The Service.
