The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including The Following Elements: - - Demolition Of Elements Specified In The Detailed Design, - Cutting Of Trees And Bushes Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, Indicated In The Detailed Design, - Reconstruction Of Historical Structures Located In Westerplatte - Ammunition Shelters No. Technical Facilities In The Newly Constructed Embankment - Intended For Toilets And Utility Purposes, - Construction Of An Opaque Fence Along The Border With The Military Area, - Implementation Of Clearings For Ammunition Shelters No. 2, 3, 4, The Red Wall, Tracks In The Pedestrian Routes, - Renovations/Maintenance Works Of The Bas Tower, Bas Shelter, Fuel Warehouse, Fort Facility, Breakwater, And The Existing Track, - Implementation Of The Network Necessary For The Operation Of The Completed Investment Together With The Underground Tank, Including Connection To The Sanitary Sewage System Of The Former Power Plant Building, In Accordance With The Detailed Design, - Construction Of A Technical Road With A Forest Parking Lot, - Reconstruction Of Paths, Implementation Of Small Architecture Elements, - Planting Of Greenery, - Carrying Out The Construction Completion Procedure Referred To In Chapter 5C Of The Construction Law. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz), Together With The Technical And Design Documentation (Constituting Annexes 1 To 14 To The Opz), And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 60-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
