The Central Complaints Coordination Is Also Part Of This Department. The Department Works Proactively As Much As Possible, Ensures Connections With The Environment, Promotes Dialogue And Understanding, Brings In The Outside World, Profiles And Positions Lvnl. The Department Also Acts As A Sounding Board And Conscience, Monitors The Quality Of Communication, Scans Issues And Intensively Maintains Relationships With Stakeholders And Media And Responds And Anticipates Thereto.
