Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S Tender For A Consultant Agreement In Connection With The Relocation Of Land From Nordhavn. Over The Past Few Years, By & Havn And Kmc Have Operated A Soil Depot In Outer Nordhavn, Where Clean And Lightly Contaminated Soil Respectively Have Been Continuously Deposited. In Connection With The Impending Start Of Development Of The Areas In Outer Nordhavn Over The Next Number Of Years, There Is A Need For The Soil In Intermediate Storage To Be Moved From Outer Nordhavn To The Recovery Facility At Lynetteholm, Where It Must Also Be Integrated Into The Recovery Facility. The Undertaking For Moving The Land (The Construction Contract) Will Be Initiated In The Autumn Of 2026, Where It Is Expected That There Will Be Around 8 Million Tons Of Soil To Be Transported To, And Built Into, The Recovery Facility At Lynetteholm. The Ground Transport Will Be Done By Sea From The Quay At The Future Terminal 4 At Oceankaj In Nordhavn To A Brocade Quay That Will Be Built On The North-East Corner Of Lynetteholm. The Consultancy Agreement Comprises Three Sub-Tasks Consisting Of I) Assistance In Connection With The Tendering Of Construction Contracts For Earth Transport, Including Advice And Project Management In Connection With The Preparation Of The Tender Materials As Well As Evaluation Of Offers Ii) Supervision, Project Follow-Up And Working Environment Coordination In Connection With The Construction Contract, And Iii) Assistance For Environmental And Authority Coordination In Connection With The Construction Contract. In Parallel With The Construction Contract, The New Container Terminal Will Be In Operation In Outer Nordhavn, Which Is Why The Movement Of Soil From The Intermediate Landfill To The Quay At Oceankaj Must Be Coordinated So That It Takes Place In A Safe Manner.
