The Contract Is Made Up Of 4 Lots: - Lot N°1: Project Management Assistance Mission For The Management Of Studies And Works; - Lot N°2: Project Management Assistance Mission For Communication And Consultation; - Lot N°3: Project Management Assistance Mission For The Financial Arrangement; - Lot N°4: Project Management Assistance Mission On The Land Aspect. This Consultation Only Concerns Lot No. 4. Advertising And Competitive Bidding For Lots 1 To 3 Have Already Been Carried Out And The Contracts Have Been Awarded. It Is Therefore Not Possible To Submit Offers For All Lots. The Holder Of Lot 4 Will Be Responsible For Obtaining Land Control Of All The Land Necessary To Carry Out The Operation, Whether By Amicable Means Or By Expropriation. He Will Manage All The Procedures Initiated For This Purpose (Preparation Of Files, Negotiations, Referrals, Notifications, Coordination, Etc.), And Will Maintain Documentary And Cartographic Monitoring By An Expert Surveyor Relating To Control Of The Land For The Operation. Furthermore, Amo Foncier Will Manage All Procedures For Access Authorizations, Temporary Occupation And Subsequent Management Linked To The Completion Of The Project, In The Public Domain And In The Private Domain.
