Construction The Reconstruction And Completion Of The Sports Hall In Turnov Includes Changes To The Already Completed Construction Of The Sports Hall. The Existing Hall No Longer Meets The Requirements For Sporting Activities And Therefore Its Complete Reconstruction And Addition Is Planned. A New Sports Hall Is Proposed To Replace The Existing One, Which Should Enable A Wide Range Of Sports To Be Played, Including Basketball, Handball, Badminton And Tennis. The New Expansion Will Also Include The Construction Of A New Climbing Center And Bouldering Hall. The Complete Reconstruction Will Bring The Possibility Of Organizing Races At The National Level, Including Catering Facilities And New Parking Areas. The Summary Technical Report Is Attachment No. 1 Of This Tender Documentation. The Estimated Value Of The Construction Works Is Czk 200 Million Without Vat. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Activities Of Tds And Ohs Of The Construction Reconstruction And Completion Of The Sports Hall In Turnov, Namely In The Areas Of: A) Technical Supervision Of The Builder In The Scope Of Construction Supervision By Authorized Persons For The Field Of Building Construction, Statics And Dynamics Of Buildings, Technology Of The Building Environment (Heating And Air Conditioning, Electrical Equipment); B) Price Supervision - Especially When Solving The Change Agenda (Change Sheets For More Work, Less Work); C) Expert Advice - For Assessment Of Changes (More Work And Less Work) From The Point Of View Of Their Classification According To § 222 Zzvz; D) Cooperation On The Coordination Of Activities With A Specialized Supplier Of Bouldering Profiles And The Municipal Heating Plant Turnov During The Implementation Of The Steam Pipeline In The Construction Area; E) Activities Of The Safety And Health Protection Coordinator At Work. The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In The Binding Draft Of The Mandate Contract. The Contracting Authority Draws The Suppliers Attention To The Fact That The Procurement Documentation Is A Summary Of The Clients Requirements, And Not A Final Summary Of All Requirements Resulting From Generally Known Valid And Professional Standards.
