Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Design Services For The Rehabilitation, Modernization, Consolidation And Achievement Of Road Infrastructure And Urban Mobility Objectives In The Administration Of The Bucharest Roads Administration. The Contracting Authority - Bucharest Streets Administration Intends To Adopt Concrete Measures Aimed At The Modernization, Rehabilitation, Consolidation And Sustainable Development Of The Road, Pedestrian And Alternative Urban Mobility Infrastructure In The City Of Bucharest. The Implementation Of These Measures Requires The Development Of Complete Technical-Economic Documentation And In Accordance With The Legislation In Force, To Support Public Investment Projects Managed By The Bucharest Roads Administration. The Main Targeted Investment Directions:  Increasing Safety And Comfort In Traffic;  Reducing The Impact On The Environment Through Sustainable Urban Mobility Solutions;  Optimizing The Use Of Urban Public Space;  Integration Of Alternative Mobility (Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian Infrastructure, Public Transport);  Modernization And Efficiency Of Road And Pedestrian Infrastructure;  Consolidation Of Infrastructure For Traffic Management And Congestion Reduction. The Design Services That Are The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Will Cover The Operations/Stages Provided And Detailed In The Award Documentation, Respectively At The Level Of The Specification Of The Procedure. The Activities Will Be Correlated With The Types Of Works Targeted By The Contracting Authority – From The Rehabilitation Of An Urban Alley Or The Consolidation Of A Passage, To The Design Of New Road Infrastructures Or The Implementation Of Intelligent Urban Mobility Systems. Each Activity Will Be Carried Out According To The Objective And Technical Specifics Of Each Project, Being Able To Be Requested Individually Or Integrated Within The Subsequent Contracts That Will Be Concluded During The Framework Agreement. The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Types Of Works And Design Stages Presented Will Be Developed In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, Respectively: Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement, Government Decision No. 395/2016, Government Decision No. 907/2016, As Well As The Technical And Urban Regulations Specific To Each Location. The Types Of Documentation And Services Required For Each Investment Objective Are Detailed In The Technical Annex To The Specifications. In Case Of Changes In The Requirements Imposed By The Financier (Pnrr, Rop, Local Budget Or Other Sources), The Provider Is Obliged To Revise The Technical Documentation Without Additional Costs, Within A Reasonable Time, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority Or The Financing Institutions, In Order To Avoid The Risk Of Losing Funding. The Preparation Of The Documentation Will Begin After Receiving A Written Notification From The Contracting Authority — Notification Usually Sent Within A Maximum Of 10 Days From The Signing Of The Subsequent Contract. The Indicative Delivery Deadlines, Depending On The Complexity Of Each Subsequent Contract, Will Be: Maximum 45 Calendar Days For Sf/Dali Elaboration, Maximum 60 Calendar Days For Dtac Elaboration
