The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The Tomaszów Lubelski Commune, And The Creation And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Tomaszów Lubelski Commune. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399) And Implementing Acts, As Well As The Provisions Of The Management Plan Valid During The Period Of Execution Of The Order.
