1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Communes Own Tasks Pursuant To Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws 2025.1214, Consolidated Text), Hereinafter Referred To As Services For Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Wałcz In Their Place Of Residence, In Accordance With The Scope Established In The Administrative Decision. Care Services Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care Ordered By A Doctor, Nursing And, If Possible, Ensuring Contact With The Environment. 2. Care Services Include Assistance In The Place Of Residence Of People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It, As Well As People Who Require The Help Of Others And The Family, As Well As The Spouse, Ascendants And Descendants Who Do Not Live Together Cannot Provide Such Help.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services To People Requiring Help, Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It, Living In The Area Of ​​The Rural Commune Of Wałcz.4. Care Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of People Requiring Help, On Working Days From Monday To Friday And On Non-Working Days, In The Afternoon And Evening, And - When Justified By The Health Condition Of The Person Being Cared For - At Night. 5. The Ordering Party Understands Non-Working Days As: Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays.
