Assessment Centre Services For Recruitment – Assessments. Vnog Is Looking For A Contractor Who Conducts Assessments With (Future) Employees Of Vnog. Partly Based On The Results Of These Assessments, Vnog Assesses Whether These Candidates Are Suitable For The Position And, If Necessary For The Position, Are Able To Successfully Complete A Training Course Related To That Position (Selection Assessments). It Is Also Possible That An Assessment Is Used To Map The Development Potential Of An Employee For A Specific Position (Development Assessments). Separate Level Assessments Are Occasionally Taken To Determine Whether An Employee Has A Certain Level Of Work And Thinking That Is Required For A Training Course And/Or Position. The Annual Estimated Value Of The Agreement Is €100,000 Excluding Vat. This Estimate Is Based On The Current Decrease. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For The Entire Term Is €400,000 Excluding Vat.
