Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Computer Simulation Program (System) Must Enable The Simulation Of A Tactical Scenario, It Must Have The Ability To Perform Actions Automatically With The Possibility Of Speeding Up, Slowing Down The Simulation And Performing It In Real Time, Including Combat Actions, Combat Support And Logistical Support.
