The Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement, Concluded Pursuant To Article R2124-2 1° Of The Public Procurement Code Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts In Accordance With Article R2162-2§1 Of The Same Code, Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-7 To R2162-10. The Order Thresholds To Be Placed Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Annual Amount; - Maximum Annual Amount: 700,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. As An Estimate, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 350,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax Of Supplies Per Year. This Amount Is In No Way Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change. Subsequent Contracts Taken On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Will Be Processed At A Fixed Price. They Must Comply With The Requirements Of This Framework Agreement And Will Be Awarded Under The Conditions Defined In Article 3 Of The C.C.A.P. Of The Framework Agreement, And In Accordance With Articles R2162-2 And R2162-10 1°.
