Construction Work – Student Housing At Dyrskuevej In Vejle. Boligforeningen Østerbo (Hereafter Referred To As Builder) Wants To Build Student Housing. The Project Is The Result Of A Development Collaboration Between Vejle Municipality And Østerbo, Based On A Need For More Affordable Student Housing In Terms Of The Future University In Vejle. The Project Includes Construction Of Up To 5 Storeys With A Total Of 57 Units. Student Housing, With Associated Secondary Facilities And Outdoor Areas Within The Cadastral Boundary Of The Project Area. It Should Be Noted That The Total Contract Is Offered With A Ceiling Price Of: Dkk. 49,700,000 Incl. Vat The Tendered Work Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents.
