Description Of The Subject Of The Order:1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E For The Gas Consumption Point No. 8018590365500089323903 - Delivery Of Gaseous Fuel Along With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facility - Amounting To 1,513,306 Kwh For The Planned Order - According To The W-5 Tariff.2) The Volume Of Gas Consumption For The Order Is 1,513 306 Kwh Within 12 Months For The Boiler Room Building Of The Provincial Hospital In Kielce Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Gas Consumption Point. The Demand For Gaseous Fuel Was Assumed Based On The Historical Consumption Of Gaseous Fuel And May Differ From The Actual Use Of Gaseous Fuel, Because It Is Impossible To Determine In Advance The Amount Of Gaseous Fuel That Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party. The Quantity Of The Order Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gaseous Fuel In The Given Quantity And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.3) During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Quantity Of Purchased Gaseous Fuel And/Or The Distribution Value Of The Purchased Gaseous Fuel In The Following Scope: To Increase To 20%, To Reduce To 30% In Relation To The Quantity (Value) Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Planned Order).
