The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Services Consisting In Trapping And Transporting Free-Living (Wild) Animals Requiring Veterinary Care From The Areas Of The Following Communes: A) Commune - City Of Grudziądz, B) Commune Dragacz.7.2. Providing Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Carcasses Of Dead Animals From The Areas Of The Following Communes: A) Commune - City Of Grudziądz, B) Commune Dragacz.7.3. The Contractors Tasks Include: A) Trapping Free-Living Animals Requiring Veterinary Care From The Areas Of The Communes Indicated In Section 1,B) Transport Of Animals Caught Or Collected From The Areas Of The Municipalities Indicated In Section 1, To The Animal Rehabilitation Center Indicated By The Ordering Party, C) Transport Of Animals Caught Or Collected From The Areas Of The Municipalities Indicated In Section 1, To Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, D) Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Carcasses Of Dead Animals From The Areas Of The Communes Indicated In Section 2,E) Undertaking Medical And Veterinary Interventions In Relation To Animals After Accidents, Including Euthanasia Of The Injured Animal.7.4. The Scope Of Veterinary Services Related To The Treatment Of Homeless Animals Will Be Determined By The Parties To The Contract After The Ordering Party Reports Each Individual Case.7.5. Euthanasia May Be Carried Out Only In Cases Justified By The Animals Health Condition, Legal Provisions Allowing Euthanasia And Human Safety.
