The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity (Energy Sales) For The Szydłowo Commune And Organizational Units In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 - Up To 204 Consumption Points (Ppe) With A Total Estimated Volume Of 1,380,000 Kwh.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is A List Of Electricity Consumption Points - Annex No. 1 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Indicated Electricity Consumption Is A Declared And Estimated Value Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Submitted Offers And Select The Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Electricity Consumption Points Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To The Swz Have A Comprehensive Electricity Sales Agreement With Enea S.A. Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 20254. For Ppe In C2x Tariffs, There Is A One-Month Settlement Period. 5. For Ppe In C1x Tariffs, A Two-Month Settlement Period Applies. 6. The Current Energy Seller Is Enea S.A. 7. For Ppe 590310600031434043 Described In Item 202 - St. Common Room Lubianka Ul. Podgórna 6 Is Equipped With A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 20.25 Kw.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Amount Of Ppe And To Change Tariff Groups Or Contracted Capacities For Facilities. 9. Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Contract On Behalf Of Itself And The Ordering Party To The Relevant Dso In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And To Represent It Before The Dso In The Process Of Changing The Supplier.10. The Condition For The Commencement Of Electricity Supplies On The Specified Date (In Relation To Individual Ppes) Is The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Switching Procedure.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Result In Excessive Organizational Difficulties For The Ordering Party. Taking Into Account The Situation On The Electricity Market, Dividing The Order Into Lots Could Result In The Lack Of An Offer For One Of The Lots. The Proceedings Cover Facilities (E.G. Water And Sewage Management Facilities) To Which The Ordering Party Must Ensure Continuity Of Supplies.12. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 Of The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).
