The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation In The Form Of Design And Build Of The Task Consisting In The Construction Of Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage For Public Buildings In The Siewierz Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Construction Of Renewable Energy Sources For The Needs Of Public Buildings In The Siewierz Commune2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program And Includes The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Servicing Of Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage Facilities For The Needs Of Public Buildings In The Siewierz Commune.3. The Project Will Be Implemented For 8 Public Buildings Located In The Siewierz Commune.4. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.5. The Project Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program From The Just Transition Fund.6. The Scope Of Design Work Under The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Necessary Expertise Together With Technical Opinion. Before Commencing The Task, The Contractor Will, At Its Own Expense, Verify The Initial Design Data Presented By The Ordering Party, Including The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Structural Elements Of Existing Facilities. B) Development Of Complete Design Documentation For Photovoltaic Installations For 8 Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party With Energy Storage Facilities, Along With The Necessary Documents And Arrangements. C) Preparation And Submission Of Applications Together With The Required Attachments In The Event Of The Need To Increase The Connection Capacity. D) Protocol Agreement On The Initial Installation Concept With The Ordering Party, Which Is A Condition For Commencing The Design And Implementation Of The Task. The Concept Should Include, Among Other Things, A Detailed Description Of The Location Of The Devices And The Method Of Their Installation. E) Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits, Notifications, Etc. Required By Law,7. The Scope Of Construction Works Under The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Execution Of Construction Works In Individual Buildings Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, Based On The Guidelines Of The Pfu And Swz, B) Carrying Out The Commissioning Of The Installation, C) Carrying Out The Procedure Of Connecting The Installation To The Power Grid Along With Developing The Necessary Documentation And Obtaining The Required Permits On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, D) Carrying Out The Procedure Of Reporting The Micro-Installation And Energy Storage To The Distribution System Operator, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, E) Inspections, Tests, Commissioning And Regulation Of The Installation, Training Of Designated Representatives, F) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic Inventory, G) Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The State Fi
