The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Investment Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Facility In The Kruszyna Commune, Including The Building Of The Primary School In Lgota Mała, Ul. Szkolna 1/3, 42-282 Kruszyna.1. The Contractors Task Is To Develop Comprehensive Design Documentation On The Basis Of The Pfu And Perform Construction Works In The Field Of Thermal Modernization Of The Primary School Building In Lgota Mała And Renewable Energy Sources, Along With The Replacement Of Existing Installations, Technical Infrastructure And Land Development To The Extent Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements, Including A Building Permit And/Or Notification Of Construction Works, As Well As Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/Application For Use (If Required By Law), As Well As Carrying Out Authors Supervision And Providing Management Of Works In All Industries.2. The Scope Of Work Under The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of Works Resulting From The Pfu And The Pre-Implementation Energy Audit - Necessary And Optimal To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility, Including The Preparation Of: A) Design Documentation (Including Construction Designs Along With Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements - If Required By Law, And Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates); B) Insulation Of Partitions And Replacement Of Joinery, Including Compliance With Fire Protection Conditions. (Type Of Insulation, Window Joinery);C) Photovoltaic Installation;D) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water; E) Modernization (Replacement) Of The Heat Source With A Central Heating Heat Pump. And Domestic Hot Water Together With A Buffer (Storage) Of Thermal Energy;F) Renovation Works, I.E. Painting The Roof, Construction Of A Technical Floor In The Attic, Renovation Of The Ventilation System;G) Works Aimed At Restoring Elements Dismantled/Damaged As A Result Of Thermal Modernization Works (E.G. Gutters, Window Sills, Lightning Protection Installation).3.
