The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Primary School In Szkotów. The Planned Construction Project Involves The Construction Of A Building, I.E. The Building Of The Primary School In Szkotów, Which Will Be Located In Szkotów On Plot No. Ewid 197, Szkotowo Precinct, Kozłowo Commune, Nidzica Poviat. Consisting In The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of The Comprehensive Construction Of A Building Of The Primary School In Szkotów Equipped With An Elevator, Along With The Demolition Of The Existing Connector And The Construction Of A New Connector Connecting The New School Building With The Existing Gymnasium Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, I.E. Reconstruction Of The Following Installations: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater Sewage And Electricity (Including Emergency Power Supply From A Power Generator) And Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Water And Sewage And Central Heating External Gas Installation With A Tank, External Lighting And Comprehensive Landscaping (Mini Amphitheater, Traffic Town, Playground). The Building Can Be Divided Into Two Parts: The School Building And The Connector Between The School And The Existing Hall. The School Building Was Designed As A 3-Story Building (Ground Floor + Ground Floor + 1St Floor), To Be Built Using Traditional Technology, With A System Of External And Internal Structural Walls On Which The Inter-Story Ceilings And Roof Structure Were Based. The Foundation Of The Facility Was Designed On Footings And Foundations. The Connector Was Designed As A One-Story, Single-Story Building To Be Built Using Traditional Technology, With A System Of External Structural Walls Supported By A Flat Roof. The Connector Structure Is Separated From Both The Newly Designed School Building And The Existing Gymnasium Building. The Foundation Level Of The Connector In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Hall Should Be Adjusted To The Level Of The Existing Foundations.
