Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Period 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026 Of Premises Belonging To Bwa Wrocław Galleries Of Contemporary Art

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Period 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026 Of The Premises Belonging To Bwa Wrocław Galeries Współczesnej Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right: - In Cleaning The Premises At Ul. Gazowa 22/8 – Up To 5 Additional Cleanings, – In Other Premises (Galleries) – Up To 2 Additional Cleanings Per Facility (Gallery).3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If The Basic Scope Is Exhausted During The Duration Of The Contract And Additionally Purchase The Above-Mentioned. Services Will Be In The Interest Of The Ordering Party And Will Result From Its Current Needs.4. In Order To Activate The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Submit To The Contractor A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right To A Specified Extent. The Declaration Will Include Confirmation Of Financial Resources To Complete The Order. 5. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.6. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service Within The Scope Of The Exercised Option Right Under The Same Conditions As The Basic Order.7. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - However, Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted.8. Activating The Option Will Not Require Changing The Contract.
