1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Presentation Of The Work Implementation Schedule, Taking Into Account All Implementation And Deadlines Provided For In The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Schedule). 2) Delivery, Arrangement And Assembly Of Equipment Along With Software Installation On The Equipment Provided By The Ordering Party, Which Is Currently Part Of The Stand. (In The Case Of Options Within The Scope Described In Section 6 Of The Contract, Additionally - Delivery Of A Pc Computer With Installation And Adaptation Of Software, As Well As Integration With The Exhibition Control System.)3) Calibration Of The Installed Hardware And Software, In Particular Adjustment Of Parameters To The Shape Of The Stand, Functional Assumptions And Operating Conditions.4) Tests Of The Operation Of The Stand, Possible Modification Of The Equipment Arrangement, Recalibration Or Adjustment Of The Structure To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Functional Assumptions. 5) Construction Of Carpentry To Fasten And Cover The Installed Equipment, Taking Into Account Service Needs (Inspections, Ventilation, Etc.), Commissioning Of The Stand. 6) Providing The Ordering Party With A Declaration Of Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order With Applicable Regulations And Standards. 7) Providing The Ordering Party With Software And Backup Copies Enabling The Ordering Party To Configure And Repair The Stand In The Future.8) Granting Or Providing The Ordering Party With A License For Third-Party Software Necessary To Use The Stand Under The Terms Specified In The Contract.9) Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With Detailed As-Built Documentation Of The Stand In Polish (In Paper And Electronic Versions) On A Durable Medium, Including In Particular: A. Technical Documentation With All Details, Technical Drawings Of Manufactured Elements, Types Of Materials Used And Graphic Files. (In The Case Of Options Within The Scope Described In Section 6, Additionally: Images Of Hard Drives Of Workstations, Copies Of Files Saved On Data Carriers, Copies Of Control Device Software;) B. Documentation Of All Hardware And Software Installed At The Station, Including: - User Documentation - A Description Intended For The User (The Ordering Partys Substantive Employee), Including E.G. Help Files, General Information About The Application/Program And How To Operate It. - Technical Documentation - A Detailed Description Of The Application/Program Operation Method, Algorithms Used In It, Arrangement And Operation Of Individual Components, Etc. C. Instruction Manual For The Stand, Including: - Principles Of Inspection Of The Stand For The Ordering Partys Technical Employees; - Rules Of Service And Maintenance Of The Stand For The Ordering Partys Technical Workers; - Guidelines For The Cleaning Service (Acceptable Cleaning Agents, Cleaning Meth
