1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gas Fuel, I.E. High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E, And Its Delivery At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa To Schools And Educational Institutions In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, Hereinafter Referred To As The Recipients, In 2026.2. Customers And Addresses Of Consumption Points, As Well As Their Tariff Group And Forecasted Consumption Of Gas Fuel Are Indicated In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 2 To Swz.3. The Total Forecast Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is 1,299,400 Kwh.4. The Ordering Party Made Every Effort To Properly Estimate The Planned Consumption Of Gas Fuel Indicated In Section 3. Due To Unpredictable External Factors, I.E. Weather Conditions, In Particular Air Temperature, Which Affect The Actual Demand For Gas Fuel, It Is Impossible To Accurately Indicate The Future Consumption Of Gas Fuel. The Actual Consumption Of Gas Fuel Will Depend Solely On The Actual Needs Of Schools And Educational Institutions In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City. Warsaw. The Contractor May Not Pursue Any Financial Claims From The Ordering Party In Connection With The Purchase By The Ordering Party Other Than That Indicated In Section 3 Or In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Appendix 2 To The Swz, The Quantity Of Gas Fuel. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumption At 1,039,520 Kwh.5. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To The Consumption Points Indicated In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Will Be Carried Out Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Distribution System Operator, Hereinafter Referred To As Dso.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
