Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Laboratory Materials And Accessories Divided Into Packages

Package 1: Delivery Of Auxiliary Materials For Laboratory Teststhe Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Laboratory Materials And Accessories, Divided Into Parts Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Packages 1 And 2: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of Materials, In The Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Packages 1 And 2, Is Specified In The Assortment And Price Forms, Which Constitute Annexes No. 2.1 And 2.2 To The Swz, Respectively. Due To The Impossibility Of Anticipating The Actual Needs Related To The Progress Of Research Work, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Terms Of Type In The Assortment And Price Form, Respectively For Package 1 And 2, Within The Limits Of The Contractual Remuneration Referred To In § 4 Section 1 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), As Well As The Possibility Of Not Using The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quantity And Value, But Not Exceeding 50% Of The Value Of The Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm, I.E. Do Not Cause Serious Damage), Included In The Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On The Establishment Of A Framework Facilitating Sustainable Investments, The So-Called Taxonomy, At Least To The Extent Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
