The Ordering Party Selects The 4 Most Advantageous Offers From Contractors. Each Contractor Must Have One Set: A Truck With A Capacity Of Min. 6 Tons With Drive For Min. 2 Axles, Snow Plow Min. Light Type, Sandblaster With A Hopper Capacity Of Min. 2.6 M3. Scope Of Works: - Keeping Carriers (Cars) And Accessories In Constant Technical Readiness During The Period Of The Concluded Contract, - Eliminating Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling Designated Areas, - Snow Removal - Removing Snow From The Road, - Coordinating And Giving Instructions To The Operator Of Winter Equipment After Consultation With An Employee Of The County Roads And Infrastructure Department, - In The Event Of A Car Breakdown, The Contractor Will Immediately Provide A Replacement Unit; The Bidder Should Have One Set: A Truck With A Capacity Of Min. 6 Tons With Drive For Min. 2 Axles, Snow Plow Min. Light Type, Sandblaster With A Hopper Capacity Of Min. 2.6 M3; The Driver Of Equipment Leaving For Winter Work Must Have A Working Means Of Communication, A Full Fuel Tank And A Tow Rope. The Drive System Of The Equipment Should Ensure Long-Term Operation At Low Gear Ratios, With Full Engine Load. During The Period Of Use Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To Their Operation (Fuel, Maintenance, Minor Renovations, Etc.). The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Equipment In Constant Technical Readiness. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Significant Reasons Preventing The Use Of The Vehicles Or Equipment Covered By The Contract, The Contractor Will Immediately Notify The Principal And Provide A Replacement Unit. The Contractor Is Liable For The Following Consequences: Vehicle Failure, Failure To Provide The Requested Equipment On Time, Failure To Complete Or Faulty Performance Of Assigned Tasks. The Sequence Of Snow Removal, The Length Of Roads And The Operating Time Of The Carrier With The Plow Are Determined By The Employee Of The County Roads And Infrastructure Department On Duty. In Case Of Heavy Snowfall, The Person On Duty Individually Determines The Snow Removal Route And, Therefore, The Scope Of Work And Working Time May Be Increased. The Vehicle That Sprinkles Designated Areas Is Also Required To Clear Snow On Patrol. Equipment Marking (Flash Lamps, Signal Lamps, Reflectors And Marker Lamps) The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase And Install On His Own. The Contractor Is Responsible For Labeling Carriers And Accessories As Well As The Safety Of Performing Tasks. Driving Should Be Done On The Right Side Of The Road. It Is Unacceptable To Carry Out Work In A Direction Contrary To The Applicable Traffic Direction. Yellow Flashing Lights And Dipped Beam Lights Of Equipment On The Road Must Be Turned On.
