1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Winter Season 2025-2026, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Order Specified In Section 1 Consists Of: A) Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Specified In List I Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In Combating Winter Slipperiness Using Sand And Road Salt Along With Plowing, Ad Hoc Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Specified In List Ii Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Winter Maintenance Of Other Roads Not Included In Lists I And Ii Also At The Request Of The Ordering Party, B) Clearing Snow And Sprinkling The Road Over The Entire Width, C) Starting Snow Removal The Road Will Take Place Each Time Within 30 Minutes From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail. D) Starting To Combat Slipperiness By Sprinkling Within No More Than 30 Minutes From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail. E) Maintaining The Passability Of Roads And Streets, F) Ensuring Coordination And Supervision Over The Conduct Of Winter Action On Roads, G) Obtaining Up-To-Date Information On The Weather Condition From The Meteorological Station Of The Institute Of Meteorology And Water Management, H) Ensuring The Readiness Of Specialized Equipment Along With Staff Guaranteeing Failure-Free Road Maintenance, I) In The Event Of Equipment Failure That Prevents Winter Action From Being Carried Out, Providing Replacement Equipment At Ones Own Expense, J) Ensuring Appropriate Organizational Conditions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task According To The Agreed Scope And Preparing The Necessary Necessary Amounts Of Sand And Road Salt, K) During Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Appropriate Safety Conditions And The Technical Condition Of Equipment That Does Not Pose A Threat To Human Health And Life And The Safety Of Third Party Property. L) Ensuring Constant Communication With The Ordering Party And Submitting Reports In The Form Of Daily Reports On The Winter Campaign. Every Day At 7:30 - 8:00 The Contractor Sends To The Ordering Partys Office By Fax (74 3067331) Or E-Mail (T.Kuska@Um.Zarow.Pl) A Daily Report According To The Template (Appendix No. 1 To The Agreement), Covering The 24-Hour Cost Of The Winter Campaign, Calculating It Starting From 7:00 The Previous Day. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have: 1) Sand And Road Salt To Combat Slipperiness, 2) At Least Two Vehicles To Which It Is Possible To Install A Snow Plow And A Sand Spreader, 3) At Least One Backhoe Loader Or Loader For Clearing Snow From Municipal Roads On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 4) A Transport And Storage Base In The Żarów Commune, 5) Constant Telephone Contact To Ensure Coordination And Supervision Of The Winter Campaign.
