The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader With A Wheeled Chassis. A Multi-Purpose Machine Designed To Perform Earthworks, Linear Excavations, Loading And Transport Of Bulk Materials As Well As Road, Municipal And Construction Works. The Machine Should Be Equipped With Accessories Enabling Operation As Both An Excavator And A Loader, With The Possibility Of Moving On Public Roads. The Backhoe Loader Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Ready For Use, Meeting Eu Safety And Emission Standards, Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). The Wheeled Backhoe Loader Is Technically Adapted To Travel On Public Roads - It Will Have Appropriate Lighting, Turn Signals, Warning Triangle, Seat Belt, Warning Lamps Placed On The Roof Of The Machine, Speedometer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Declaration Of Conformity. All Main Components Of The Drive System Manufactured By One Manufacturer (Engine, Gearbox, Axles). Delivery To The Ordering Party At The Purchase Price To The Seat Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Kruśliwiec 12, 88-100 Kruśliwiec. On The Delivery Date Of The Set, The Following Must Be Provided: 1) Operating And Maintenance Instructions For The Vehicle, Devices And Equipment Installed In The Vehicle In Polish; 2) Warranty Books In Polish; 3) Certificate - Ce Declaration Of The Backhoe Loader. Employee Training In The Construction And Operation Of The Device Will Take Place On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Subject Of The Order, With Documents Specifying The Rules For Providing Warranty And Post-Warranty Service And A List Of Service Points In The Country Authorized To Perform Warranty Repairs. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee In Accordance With The Proposal Indicated In The Offer Form. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Service At The Ordering Partys, Access To The Vehicle, Necessary Consumables And Labor At Its Own Expense. Under The Warranty, The Contractor Will Provide Servicing Of The Backhoe Loader For Up To 2,000 Hours.
