Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Service Of Conducting Two Two-Day Training Sessions Entitled: Effective Team Management In Public Employment Services From Lower Silesia.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Conducting 2 Two-Day Training Courses Entitled: Effective Team Management In The Public Employment Services Of Lower Silesia For Employees Of The Provincial Labor Office In Wrocław And District Labor Offices From The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. 2. The Order Is Implemented Under The Project No. Feds.07.02.-Ip.02-0002/23 Entitled Modernization Of Institutions And Services Of The Regional Labor Market, Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program.3. Due To The Co-Financing Of The Training From Esf+ Funds, The Ordering Party Reserves That When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party The Following Documents: - Training Validation Card; - Template Of The Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences. Card Training Validation And The Template Of The Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences Will Be Presented To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 3 Days Of Signing The Agreement.4. Number Of Training Sessions: 2 Two-Day Training Sessions.5. Total Number Of Training Participants (Two Groups): Maximum 68 People (During The First Training, A Maximum Of 42 People And During The Second Training, A Maximum Of 26 People).6. Place Of Training: Wałbrzych Poviat, Excluding The City Of Wałbrzych.7. The Contractor Will Provide, In Accordance With Its Knowledge And Experience, The Necessary Employees For The Proper Implementation Of The Comprehensive Service. 8. Payment For The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made In Part, I.E. After Training For Each Group. 9. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In Annex No. 11, Which Is A Model Contract.
