1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Provision Of Various Equipment Services (Service On The Contractors Side) On The Premises Of Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Sierzno Sp. Z O. O., Equipment At The Contractors Disposal In The Quantity And On The Terms Described Below: 1) A Vehicle For Transporting Waste With A Load Capacity Of Min. 12 Tons (Dumper) - Operator On The Contractors Side;2) Wheel Loader - Operator On The Contractors Side.2. The Services Will Include Loading Waste Located At The Compost Maturing Site Onto A Dump Truck And Transporting It To The Storage Area In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Unloading The Waste.3. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Load And Transport A Total Of Approximately 13,000 M3 Of Waste, But Not Less Than 7,500 M3 Of Waste (Average Waste Density Is 185 Kg/M3). The Amount Of Waste That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove Will Be Measured Based On The Dimensions Of The Pile.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, After Receiving The Order, Will Be Obliged To Remove Waste With A Volume Of Not Less Than 300 M3 Per Day.6. The Total Number Of M3 Of Waste To Be Transported Is Only An Estimated Number Necessary To Calculate The Price Of The Service. The Contractor Will Not Have The Right To Claim Remuneration For Unremoved Masses Of Waste, I.E. Below The Given Value.7. All Costs, Including Those Related To Travel And Arrival At The Place Of Execution Of The Contract, As Well As The Costs Of Materials Needed To Complete The Task And Operate The Machine By The Operator, Are Borne By The Contractor And Are Not Entitled To Their Return From The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Will Begin To Provide The Ordered Equipment Service After Prior Arrangement By Telephone Or E-Mail On The Next Business Day From The Date Of Notification Of The Request By The Ordering Party. The Service Will Be Possible To Perform On Public Holidays, After Prior Notification To The Ordering Party.9. Orders For The Service By Telephone Or Electronically Via E-Mail Will Be Placed On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M.
