The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Personal Protective Equipment For Volunteer Fire Brigade Crews, Including Special Clothes, Gloves, Helmets, Balaclavas, Thermal Underwear, Shoes, Thermal Blankets. The Delivery Is To Be Made On The Premises (To The Room) Of The Jelenia Góra City Hall - Department Of Security And Crisis Management, Ul. Armii Krajowej 19, 58-500 Jelenia Góra. Whenever The Order Documents And The Announcement Mention Personal Protective Equipment, It Should Include Special Clothes, Gloves, Helmets, Balaclavas, Thermal Underwear, Shoes, Thermal Blankets Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Order Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Provide Personal Protective Equipment With Technical Parameters (Features, Properties) And In Quantities Consistent With Annex No. 1 To Volume Iii Of The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Department Referred To Above; 2) Deliver Personal Protective Equipment To The Department Referred To Above, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative; 3) Provide The Ordering Partys Representative With User Manuals, Testimonials, Certificates And Warranty Cards In Polish. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Terms Of Reference Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Annex.
