1) The Subject Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Is The Supply Of Shelter Equipment: Sleeping Bags And Blankets (200 Pieces Each) (In The Order Documents Also Called Products), In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Order Documents, I.E., Among Others, In The Contract Template And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, On The Terms And Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party.2) The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or Both Parts Of The Order.3) Purchase Of Sleeping Bags And Blankets Constituting The Shelter Equipment Is Carried Out As Part Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Task Is Subject To Co-Financing From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The Małopolska Voivodeship Office.4) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Ordering Partys Requirements, Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Guarantee And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Attached To The Swz: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz), B) Template Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement.5) Documents Published By The Ordering Party In Connection With The Proceedings In Question Constitute The Entirety And Are The Basis For Determining The Price By The Contractors Tender And To Indicate The Contractors Obligations Resulting From The Submission Of The Order In Question To Him For Execution.6) With Respect To Detailed Solutions Not Indicated In The Swz Or In The Documents Attached To It, The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed After Consultation With The Ordering Party And In Accordance With His Recommendations.
