Accommodation With Breakfast And Dinner For Training Participants (160 People), Trainers (5 People) - A Total Of Up To 165 People: - 100 Adults - 2 Weekends (4 Days), 2 Gr. 10 People + 2 Trainers (10 Weekends In Total, Maximum 440 People/Days) - 40 Pupils/Students - 1 Weekend (2 Days), 2 Gr. 13 People + 2 Trainers, 1 Weekend (2 Days), 1 Gr. 14 People + 1 Trainer (2 Weekends In Total, Maximum 86 People/Days) - 20 Teachers - 1 Weekend (2 Days), 2 Gr. 10 People + 2 Trainers (1 Weekend, Maximum 44 People/Days) Weekend Accommodation, I.E. Friday - Sunday Or Saturday - Sunday, Depending On The Needs Of The Participants (Approx. 13 Weekends In Total, Total Maximum 570 People/Days) Detailed Conditions 1. The Facility Is Equipped With Accommodation Facilities, Rooms With Bathrooms (Full Sanitary Facilities), Single, Double Or Triple Rooms (Number Of Rooms With Bathrooms Provided As Supplemented In The Offer Form).2. There Must Be A Restaurant On The Premises Serving Breakfast And Dinner (With A Selection Of Hot And Cold Dishes In The Form Of A Buffet Or Served).3. Accommodated Guests Are Provided With Breakfast And Dinner. 4. All Meals Must Be Prepared In Compliance With The Principles Of Food Safety And Hygiene. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Meals From Products Purchased On Its Own, Of High Quality, Without The Addition Of Substitutes, Volume-Increasing Preparations And Other Substances That Change The Taste/Smell. 5. Free Wi-Fi On Site. 6. Possibility Of Parking Guests Cars At The Facility Or Within A Radius Of 50 M From The Facility. 7. Planned Number Of Participants – Max. 28 People Per Weekend. The Final Number Of Training Participants Will Be Determined 48 Hours Before The Training Is Scheduled To Be Carried Out (In Accordance With The Established Training Schedule). The Planned Number Of People Using The Service May Decrease, Which Depends, For Example, On The Results Of Recruitment Activities For The Planned Training And The Place Of Residence Of The Participants.8. Accommodation For Users Of The Service Should Be Organized According To The Following Criteria: - Participants Will Be Provided With Single, Double Or Triple Rooms - If An Odd Number Of People In Terms Of Gender Participate In The Training (Participants And Trainers Should Be Accommodated Separately), The Contractor Will Provide A Single Room For A Woman Or A Man, Depending On The Needs. - Each Room Will Be Equipped With, Among Others: In: Bathroom With Bathtub Or Shower (Bathroom Availability In Accordance With The Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form), Mirror, Towels, Toilet Paper, Bed Linen. 9.
